EU.PELAGICGEAR ships its products to SPAIN, in addition to the following other European countries: AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, BULGARIA, CROATIA, CYPRUS, CZECH REPUBLIC, DENMARK, ESTONIA, FINLAND, FRANCE, GERMANY, GREECE. HUNGARY, IRELAND, ITALY, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, LUXEMBOURG, MALTA, NETHERLANDS, POLAND, PORTUGAL, ROMANIA, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA AND SWEDEN.

  1. SHIPPING RATES.

EU.PELAGICGEAR (WWW.EU.PELAGICGEAR.COM) establishes as delivery rate all the postage or expenses in shipments free of charge whose purchase value is higher than 50 ¤ PLUS VAT, as long as it is within the peninsula (mainland Spain). In addition, for the rest of Europe, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and other territories there may be additional shipping costs. This does not contravene that at any time the rates change applying corresponding charges, or that a minimum purchase is stipulated in those territories for the shipment to be free.

  1. SHIPPING AGENCIES.

In EU.PELAGICGEAR we work with several transport companies in order to provide you with a good delivery service. At the moment, the main transport company we work with is UPS, however, at any time and without prior notice, we can choose any other company that we are more interested in, by company policy.

  1. DELIVERY TIME.

The delivery date will be different depending on the type of order you have placed and the delivery area. Usually orders are processed, prepared and shipped within 24 working hours (maximum 48 hours), when we have sent you the order, you will receive a confirmation email which will specify the delivery date, the contents of the order and a link so you can track it on the website of the transport company if they provide it to us. You will receive your order within 1 to 7 working days depending on the destination address of your order.

  1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCT.

If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Service Center (either by email or telephone at the top of this text) to return the product to us. You will need to follow the instructions on the screen in order to receive a return label. Once we have processed your return, we will issue a refund.
